Efficient Anilox Care LLC (EAC) Policies

Title and Risk of Loss:
Title to all goods shall remain with Seller until the purchase price and all other amounts due hereunder have been paid or the goods have been used by Buyer, whichever comes first. Notwithstanding the foregoing, risk of loss of the goods shall pass to Buyer upon tender of the goods by Seller to carrier at Seller’s shipping point.

EAC Limited Warranty:
All merchandise sold by EAC are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal wear and tear use for one 3 months after date of purchase from EAC.
Our liability with respect thereto is limited however, to your net purchase price after cash and any other discounts or to repair or replace such merchandise upon its return to us if proven defective. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk liability whatsoever in connection with it. The selection and qualification of the goods is the responsibility of Buyer. Efficient Anilox Care LLC shall not be liable either in tort or in contract for any loss or damage direct, incidental, or consequential arising out of the inability to use the product.Micro-Fiber Anilox Roll Cleaning Plate life span and recommended replacement is 12 months from the purchase date.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Customer should contact EAC if not satisfied with a product for any reason. EAC will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and condition with proof of purchase.

Warranty Disclaimer:
No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above, is made or authorized by EAC. EAC disclaims any liability for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, product modification, misrepair or misapplication. EAC expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. EAC liability in all circumstances is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.

Inspection:
Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and seller must be notified of any claims in writing within seven (7) days of discovery of the basis of such claims, otherwise said claim is waived.

Product Returns:
Product returns on items purchased must be approved in writing and may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by EAC. 10% (of the sale price) restocking fee for any non-defective product returned after invoicing will apply.

Instructions for Warranty Returns and Product Returns:
For warranty product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling. Proof of purchase is required in all cases:

Please call or email us to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before returning the product. Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a refund.

Please provide the purchase date for the specific material being returned and the original invoice number.

If you are shipping the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip. Ship the package to the EAC location. Please prepay shipping — EAC does not accept C.O.D.s.
